September 21, 2026 I originally launched LoanBoss with that famous Henry Ford quote. Today, we launch LoanBoss AI. Our years of hard work are about to give you unlimited possibilities. This is the most excited I’ve been since that first day.
Hyperbolic, I get it. But as a real estate guy that got into tech instead of vice versa, I’ve learned a lot over the last decade. There is a fundamental change with how you will interact with software going forward.

I made a 20 minute video (click to have your mind blown) of me putting LoanBoss AI to work in real time. Be forewarned, this is me, unedited. This isn’t marketing material. I wanted you to see me running numerous projects, all unrelated to each other, in parallel. I did about 2 months of work in 20 minutes. It’s crazy.
Here are some of the things I did on the fly by simply describing what I wanted to do:
- Give me all my lender covenant tests, both current and forward looking. Be sure to include every adjustment straight from the loan docs. Which deals might fail their test next year if the Fed hikes 3x?
- Allow me to stress NOI and rates in a single dashboard so I can see the impact on every deal…include the necessary loan paydown to qualify for extensions
- Upload my own Excel model and create a dashboard that mimics it
- Reconcile my monthly bank statements down to the penny and call out any discrepancies
- Create a dashboard with every insurance provision and include filters for lenders
- Help me create and save refi assumptions and give me refis for my entire portfolio every day
- Download a forward curve
- Create a one pager for a deal and use my branding for the PDF
- Create a report with all my escrow/reserve balances
- Put all of my deals onto a US map…use bubbles and hover features
- Make a dashboard with all my critical dates
- Put all of my leasing requirements into a single report and allow me to filter by lender and asset type
Ask yourself: how long would it take my entire organization to do all these things?
You are going to think of a million things I haven’t, and that’s what makes this so exciting. You don’t need me to build it for you anymore - build whatever you want just by describing it.
We still turn all your messy loan docs and financials and reports into structured data. We still prioritize security and data governance. We still have our in-house team of experts that QA’s every data point. But it’s that pairing of good ole fashioned software with AI that truly unlocks the potential.
